Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every item is handcrafted with care, and if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Below is our complete return and refund policy.


General Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All tags, dust bags, and packaging are included

  • The return is submitted through your Lambuti account or by emailing info@lambuti.com

We may decline returns that appear worn, altered, damaged, or do not meet these requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products marked Final Sale

  • Personalized or custom-made items (including custom sizing, leather choices, or color changes)

  • Items received more than 30 days ago

  • Unauthorized returns or items shipped to the wrong address

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Returns impacted by circumstances outside of Lambuti’s control (customs, natural events, etc.)

  • Complimentary gifts or promotional items

Note: Most made-to-order leather goods are returnable unless specifically stated otherwise.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or variation, please start a return and place a new order. Our team is happy to help guide you.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.

Refund timeline:

  • Processing: 5–10 business days after your return is received

  • Bank posting: Up to 30 days depending on your financial institution

Shipping:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect


How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your Lambuti account or email info@lambuti.com

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you want to return

  3. Include a brief reason for the return

  4. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship your item back

If you choose your own carrier, please keep your tracking number.
We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Wait 72 hours — carriers sometimes scan early

  2. Check with neighbors or your building/office

  3. If still missing, email info@lambuti.com within 7 days

We may request that a claim be filed with the carrier if tracking is insufficient.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or notice damage upon arrival:

  • Contact info@lambuti.com right away

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Additional Information

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds can only go back to the original payment method

  • Store credit is not currently offered
