What’s Covered

We offer a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all leather goods. This includes:

• Loose or broken stitching

• Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, rivets)

• Craftsmanship issues that affect normal use

• Structural defects related to how the item was made

If any of these issues appear within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Water, heat, or chemical damage

• Scratches, scuffs, stains, or patina

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Alterations or repairs done by non-authorized third parties

These fall under natural aging of leather or circumstances outside craftsmanship.

How to File a Claim

If you experience a craftsmanship issue:

2. Attach clear photos or a short video of the problem.

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and guide you through the repair or replacement process.
